Return policy

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If you wish to return a product, it must be in the same condition as received, along with all accessories and packaging.

If the return is approved, a refund or replacement will be processed within 15 days from approval date

Warranty

Products priced under Rs 10,000 come with a 3-month Famberz warranty.

Products priced above Rs 10,000 come with a 6-month Famberz warranty.

In some cases, brand warranty remains valid for newer variants, and both warranties (brand + Famberz) will be considered.

Shipping & Responsibility

We provide secure packaging and safe delivery for all orders.

Customers are requested to record an unboxing video to claim any damage or issue with the order.
